This berry is native to China. The wild ancestor of modern plants was brought to New Zealand, where after selection, it acquired the taste and appearance known to millions of fans today. Low in calories
100 g contains only 50 kcal. This calorie content is similar to zero. All the energy is spent on the digestion process itself. Therefore, kiwi can be consumed in unlimited quantities, without worrying about weight. It is usually recommended to eat 1 kg of it during fasting day. This is 500 kcal.
Biologically active substances
Contains the unique enzyme actinidin, which is similar in properties to digestive enzymes. It breaks down proteins and speeds up metabolism. Body fat is used up faster, and kilograms go away. Eating kiwi with meat and other “heavy” dishes is very useful.

- By consistency, we choose the golden mean: too hard – these are green; however, very soft ones are most likely overripe or even spoiled.
- By color: we look for an even greenish-protective color and a slight fuzz. If there are dark spots or uneven “hair,” it is better not to take such ones.
- By smell: fresh fruits do not smell. During prolonged storage, a “winey aroma” appears – this is a sign of spoilage.
- A special place is where the stalk was attached. If a drop of juice appears after pressing, the storage was incorrect.
- Additional plaque: it should not be! It is a sign of mold.

Option 1. Basic
The classic fasting day on kiwi suggests the following menu:
- Kiwi – 1 kg.
- Skinless chicken breast – 1 pc.
- Still water and green tea – 2 liters.
It is better to boil the meat on the same morning. Divide the food into 6 equal portions. This will give you a meal every 2 hours. In between, drink water and tea without sugar.
Why chicken breast?
- It is practically pure protein, which is guaranteed not to be deposited in the form of fats.
- Protein takes longer to digest and causes a prolonged feeling of satiety.
- It is also an excellent building material for muscle tissue. If you arrange such days regularly and combine them with physical exercises, you can lose 4-6 kg in a month and make your figure slim and fit.
How often can unloading be done? Nutritionists usually recommend once a week. If more often, then this is already stress, which can end in a “breakdown” and weight gain.
Option 2. On kiwi and kefir
Kefir is added to the menu as an alternative to meat.
