On the way to a slim and beautiful body, we encounter many unpleasant moments: the most difficult workouts, weight stagnation, tasteless, the “right” type of food. Wanting to overcome all these problems, we’re looking for an easy way to lose weight, hoping to sit on the couch and lose weight thanks to miracle solutions. But do they exist, and can our dreams become a reality?
The answer is simple – no. No one can lose weight eating dozens of hamburgers, washing them down with diet coke and taking magic weightloss pills. But that doesn’t mean that all preparations are just advertising.
Today we’ll talk about “Tsefamadar”, which is supposed to help you lose weight. Is it effective, or at the very least, safe? Is it worth it to spend money on that kind of weight loss? Read about the answers in this article.
About the pills
The weight loss drug “Tsefamadar” has been produced by the German pharmaceutical company «Cefak KG» for several years now. And while a foreign origin for us means high quality and safety, in fact this isn’t confirmed. Let’s throw out the loud remarks about -10 kg in a month from advertising articles and figure out what the price of such results will be and whether they’ll exist at all.
Composition and how they affect the body
There are just several components:
- “Madar”, the active ingredient. It’s an extract from the root of the Calotropis plant. As stated by the manufacturer, “Madar” affects the brainstem, sending signals to the centers of hunger and satiety. As a result, there is decreased appetite and rapid satiety.
- Lactose.
- Magnesium stearate.
The last two components are additional and have no affect on a healthy person.
Toning and strengthening are attributed to the positive effects of “Tsefamadar”. Moreover, it doesn’t affect the body’s muscle mass.
Indications and contraindications
The primary indication for use is extra weight caused by dietary factors: chronic overeating, a sedentary lifestyle, etc.
Important: Before using, always consult a doctor! He will determine if such treatment is right for you, what amount of the drug you need to take, and what side effects can result from the course of treatment.
Contraindications:
- Cannot be used by children under 12. It can be used from age three, but only as prescribed by a doctor.
- Not recommended for patients with lactose deficiency. It is prohibited for people with glucose-galactose malabsorption and galactose intolerance.
- The medication will not be effective for patients whose extra weight problems are caused by various illnesses and metabolic disorders.
On many sites you can find information that you can lose weight with “Tsefamadar” while pregnant or breastfeeding. We’ll warn you that there are some “buts” here that need to be considered:
- Firstly, in such cases you can take this medication only as prescribed by a doctor.
- Secondly, the manufacturer states that the affect of the pills on the body during gestation and feeding has NOT BEEN STUDIED. No one can guarantee that the drug will not have a harmful effect on the small body.
Additional information: “Tsefamadar” doesn’t affect concentration or reaction. It can be used by people who drive vehicles.
Interaction with other medication
The manufacturer writes – “the result of the interaction is unknown”. Therefore if you are taking medication, first of all you need to see your treating doctor.
Important to know: The effectiveness of weight loss pills can be decreased by excessive use of alcohol, caffeine or tobacco.
Usage instructions
Recommended use is one pill (there are 100 of them in a pack) 1-3 times a day 10-20 minutes before eating. “Tsefamadar” should be chewed thoroughly or swallowed whole with a small amount of water.
Keep out of reach of children. The body’s reaction in case of overdose has not been studied.
If you don’t take a pill before eating or miss several doses, do not increase the dose, but continue the treatment as usual. Excessive use can lead to overdose and have an unpredictable reaction on the body.
The length of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor, depending on the individual characteristics of the organism, the desired body weight (your goal), and how the treatment is working.
Side effects
The manufacturer warns: in the first few days of use the patient may have increased appetite. If after some time the reaction doesn’t go away, it is necessary to stop taking the pills.
Other side effects depend only on your body. This can be an allergy to a component, intolerance to the drug, etc. If any unusual reactions occur, stop use and see a doctor.
Results
Weight loss thanks to “Tsefamadar” has not officially been confirmed. The pills affect each organism differently: some people manage to lose several kilograms in a month, but there are also people who they didn’t help. Also, despite the fact that the manufacturer states that it is impossible to get used to it, some women in their reviews indicate the opposite.
“Tsefamadar” really does have a certain effect and can help you lose weight, but only if you use it in a complex with exercise and a balanced diet. This doesn’t mean that you need to eat vegetables while sitting in the gym, but minimal exercise (at least exercises in the morning, riding a bike or swimming) and rational nutrition will help you become more beautiful and enhance the effect of the drug.
As an alternative, you can consider such drugs as:
- Lipoxin;
- Goldline;
- Xenical;
- Orsoten.
