When buying tablets that promise instant weight loss in the shortest possible time, first read the information about them. Regardless of the manufacturer and brand, all weight loss drugs “made in China” have a number of characteristics that you should be aware of in advance.
The declared naturalness of their composition in 99% of cases is a dubious virtue. On the packaging, you can read the names of plants that you will not find information about even on the Internet. Are you sure that a particular extract does not belong to narcotic or psychotropic substances? You need to understand that such drugs are not medicinal, they are just dietary supplements, and the control over them is not so strict.
Not long ago, a number of Chinese tablets became the center of an unpleasant scandal involving sibutramine. - spirulina, sea lily are algae, a source of minerals and vitamins;
- chrysanthemum is a diuretic;
- hoodia is a cactus that helps to cope with a brutal appetite;
- black tea is a stimulant, a source of tannins.

It is one thing to buy tablets with tea extract or vitamins. And quite another – with herbs that are incomprehensible to us, the properties of which have not yet been fully elucidated.
