Dieticians have already developed a chocolate fasting day long ago, having studied its effect on the body extensively. Slimming is made possible by cocoa beans, which:
- prevent the development of insulin resistance (which is the most common cause of obesity) and improve the regulation of glucose consumption;

- eliminate foci of inflammation in the body, which can provoke the accumulation of excess weight;

- monotony of the diet;
- nausea and dizziness are noted among the side effects;

- contributes to skin rashes.
Obvious harm from such fasting days can only be felt in extreme cases: when contraindications have been ignored or the recommended dosage has been increased.

- Black / dark / bitter

If the numbers are smaller, the packaging will be marked “dark” or “black”.
- Milk
Undoubtedly, losing weight on milk chocolate is much more pleasant, as its taste is very soft and delicate, literally melting in your mouth. - Gradually exclude alcohol, carbonated drinks, fried foods, pickled, smoked, fatty, salty foods, and fast foods from the diet.
- Switch to five meals a day.
- Eat 20-30 g of a bitter bar daily.
- Get enough sleep.
- Exercise.
- On the eve of fasting, dinner should be as light as possible, and before going to bed it is better to drink a glass of non-fat kefir.
Fasting
- Recommended daily volume is 100 g of dark chocolate.
- Scheme of use: divide into 5 equal portions, which must be eaten at equal intervals in time.
